A pop album about, what else? Loving and learning. Rise and Shine is a catchy song I used to actually wake up to (and the tune is STILL stuck in my head). Love and learn is a slower, thoughtful tune regarding it’s title. ‘One too many times’ is a great metaphoric song relating love to climbing a mountain with the great line, ‘It’s seems to me that love’s a mountain and my poor heart is getting tired from the climb, I think I’ll stay here on the hillside cause my hearts been broken one too many time’.
